S5 have been using their communication skills to decide on toppings/fillings during Home Economics.
We are currently practicing our cookery skills by making Toasties. We had ham, cheese and pepperoni to choose from and we followed visuals step-by-step to make delicous toasted sandwiches.
We are working hard on independence and we are encouraged to find our personal equipment at the beginning of the lesson with the help of an adult, where needed.
