J4 enjoyed a lovely trip to an orchard where we gathered apples and conkers. We counted the apples as we pulled them from the trees. We found lots of conkers on the ground and we explored the textures. Some were spiky and some were smooth. Most of us did not like the spiky shell on the conkers. It was a beautiful Autumn morning and we experienced lots of signs of Autumn.
