J7's caterpillars have spent the last few weeks of isolation eating and sleeping, on the 23rd March they made their way to the top of their habitat, formed a 'J' shape and hardened into chrysalides. After almost 2 weeks of transformation they finally emerged on Saturday as beautiful 'Painted Lady Butterflies.' Here is a short video of each stage of their life cycle.
