J6 have been participating in forest school sessions within our school grounds. By setting out boundary flags, the class created a boundary where we were to stay inside. The pupils have been exploring autumn changes using their senses and really enjoyed using a senses chart to explore these changes. The class went on an autumn hunt to find green and brown leaves; counted these leaves and compared with a numbers chart. Pupils also collected some sticks to form numerals. J6 participated brilliantly giving the sessions big smiles!
