Pupils in S4 have been learning important life skills by participating in weekly Home Economics lessons. Pupils have been learning how to measure, understand nutrition, following instructions carefully and using our senses to explore a range of ingredients. We have also been learning how to use a range of kitchen equipment safely. Pupils enjoy tasting their delicious creations at the end of the lesson.
