As part of our Independent Living Skills programme, we made jam sandwiches. We followed step-by-step instructions to prepare our own snack, practicing important skills such as spreading, cutting, sequencing, and working safely with kitchen utensils. Everyone showed growing independence and enthusiasm, and the results were delicious.
