J5 have loved their First topic of the year ‘Once Upon a Fairy Tale.’ During our first half term at school we have explored a new ‘Fairy Tale’ each week and through ‘Activity Based Learning’ enjoyed a wide variety of learning experiences.
Fairy Tales are a great tool for broadening imagination, teaching problem solving, developing a common language and teaching story structure.
