This week, the staff and pupils of S3 enjoyed a visit to a local café. It was our first time trying this particular educational outing, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience for everyone. Before setting off, we used a short social story to help us prepare, then hopped on the bus for the quick journey to the café. The pupils did brilliantly—queuing up, ordering their food, and paying independently. It was wonderful to spend time together around a big table, sharing laughter, enjoying each other’s company, and tucking into some delicious treats. We’re already excited for our next café adventure, S3!
