The pupils in J7 have had lots of fun in the month of September developing new friendships and routines. During Activity Based Learning we had a wealth of opportunities to experience areas of the Northern Ireland Curriculum based on the story ‘Jack and the Bean Stalk’. We planted broad beans to create our own bean stalks, used adjectives to describe the different types of beans, enjoyed sensory exploration with the foam blocks to build the giants castle and measured different sized bean stalks using rulers and small blocks.
