J6 are studying "Fire and Ice" and fire safety this term, so we visited Magherafelt Fire Station on Friday 24th January. Firefighter Sean and Firefighter Steven met us and showed us some of the equipment used to put out fires. Some of us even got to sit in the fire engine. We then got to try on a helmet and use the hose- it was very powerful and lots of fun.
After, we put the bus through the car wash - it was so funny seeing all the water being squirted at the window.
