The pupils in J1 explored some of the jobs carried out by different people in the community through the topic all about ‘People Who Help Us.’ The pupils enjoyed taking on the roles of community helpers during play based learning and have had the opportunity to be doctors, nurses, paramedics, dentists, hairdressers, fire fighters and police officers. They also had the opportunity to visit a hair salon and the local health centre during environmental outings.
